Pat co-founded Boundary Street in 2018 and focuses on the enterprise software and digital services sectors as well as general fund oversight and administration.
Why Boundary Street?
Co-founding Boundary Street with Rashad and Dave allowed me to combine the knowledge I acquired at both MCG (investing in lower middle market companies) and CapitalSource (investing in software and tech-enabled services companies) in partnering with great companies to support their next stage of growth.
Describe your professional journey
After graduating from Penn State University, I started my career at International Business Machines Corporation as an accounting and then financial analyst getting a strong financial base that would serve me well throughout my career. Starting in 2006, I worked at MCG Capital Corporation where I learned about private credit as I moved through different roles in portfolio management, underwriting and origination. In 2014, I transitioned to CapitalSource, a division of Pacific Western Bank, where I co-led technology origination and underwriting focusing on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies.

Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University, Bachelor of Science with a Major in Finance and Minor in Management Information Systems
What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy running, biking and watching a variety of sports when I’m not cheering on my Son (9) or Daughter (7) at their latest sporting event with my wife or walking our bernedoodle, Winny.
