Why Boundary Street?
I was drawn to Boundary Street by the people, their appreciation for entrepreneurship, and their sector- and thesis-driven approach applied meticulously towards building strong partnerships with our portfolio companies and financial sponsor relationships. The partnership orientation and deep-sector expertise here embodied the ideal capital partner based on my experiences as an operator, so I was excited by the opportunity to apply the Boundary Street way while continuing to align with great companies, management teams, and investors. Also a failed entrepreneur, I never stop appreciating the incredible founders and business leaders in the middle market.

Describe your professional journey
Prior to joining Boundary Street, I was a member of the executive team and the Head of Finance for Employee Navigator, a rapidly growing, growth equity backed Insurtech software provider. Prior to Employee Navigator, I spent a decade focused on tech-enabled services sectors while in private equity and investment banking at Sterling Partners, Northlane Capital Partners, and Wells Fargo Securities. At various points in my career, I also held operating roles at companies in the software, services, and healthcare industries, working directly with CEOs and management teams on strategic and operational initiatives.

What do you do in your spare time?
Beach, exercise, attending live comedy (both stand up and improv), outdoors, travel, kids and dogs, but not all at the same time.
