Boundary Street provided a first-lien credit facility, which included a term loan and a delayed-draw term loan, to support the continued expansion of the borrower’s fiber network. As the Company scaled, Boundary Street agented incremental facilities to provide success-based debt capital in support of its network development initiatives.

Result
During the investment period, the Company grew its number of homes passed and internet subscriber base by greater than 70% and 250%, respectively. The Company’s strong growth prospects positioned the business to be strategically acquired by iQ Fiber in 2025, and Boundary Street’s investment was realized.
