John Sullivan, CFA
Assistant Vice President
John joined Boundary Street in 2021 and focuses on the digital infrastructure, digital services, and enterprise software sectors.
Why Boundary Street?
Joining Boundary Street was an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced team of industry veterans in an entrepreneurial setting. The move represented a return to the private credit world and a chance to expand my expertise in some of the most exciting areas of the broader TMT industry.
Describe your professional journey
Prior to Boundary Street, I spent three years as an investment banker for Stephens Inc. as a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. While at Stephens, I was involved with both M&A and capital raising transactions with an aggregate value of over $2 billion. Prior to Stephens, I worked in the Leveraged Lending Group at MidCap Financial as a member of the portfolio management team. I began my career at Accenture in the corporate development department.
What do you do in your spare time?
My wife and I welcomed our first child in early 2022 and are enjoying life as new parents. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf and tennis, keeping active through any type of exercise, and taking our golden retriever for walks around Old Town, VA.
